Once we’ve confirmed availability and alignment with your design needs, a signed contract and retainer will officially reserve your project.
Step 01
Share Vision
Once your project is reserved, you will complete a brief questionnaire and mood board document sharing your design inspiration and project details.
Step 02
Let's Plan
Together, we’ll curate and refine the design direction, begin sketches and design drafts, and share collaborative feedback within our timeframe.
Step 03
Sample and Edit
Once first drafts are approved, we will order project samples to ensure repeat, scale, and color are accurate and produced with quality.
Step 04
File Delivery
When samples are approved and edits have been made, final design file(s) will be delivered with instructions and best practices for production.

Trella designs every collection with a maker's instinct and an artist's eye. Our designs are precise enough to perfect the repeat and warm enough that nothing feels manufactured or mass-produced.
Custom Pattern Collections average $2,200
Studio Trella designs pattern collections for a select number of clients each year, working in fabric, wallpaper, and other media. Inquiries are welcomed for full collections and single patterns.
Every collection includes 5 to 12 patterns, a range of colorways, and print-ready files. Additional patterns, custom colorways, and second applications available upon request.
